CEO Steve Huffman revealed that Reddit will integrate its AI-powered search tool, Reddit Answers, directly into the platform’s core search experience. Currently, Reddit Answers exists as a separate tab on both desktop and mobile.

Why It Matters: This change builds on the tool’s current usage of over 1 million weekly users. It will also make it easier for new users, especially those coming from Google, to find more relevant content. Search has been a top priority for Reddit in recent years.

As AI-powered search becomes more common across the web, Reddit’s search experience is expected to keep improving.
