YouTube is removing the "Revert to original" feature. Creators will no longer be able to undo edits made with tools in the video editor, such as Blur, Trim, Audio Replace, and Song Erase.

Why It Matters: Moving forward, creators who want to preserve the original version of a video will need to download it before making any changes. Creators aren’t happy about the change, but YouTube says it’s necessary to safeguard its systems due to abuse of the feature.
